  Have gone very expensive, don't stock anything fun anymore. Staff don't know the products they're trying to sell...like many phone stores. Couldn't tell me much about Doro, Nokia, Alcatel...but quick with the iphone, sony & samsungs..

  Oz, Ben & Mark tried their best but couldn't help me. O2 let us down cos they don't have my post code on their system, then decided my address is a business address, even though I live in the flat above (as millions of people do!) Other stores & service providers & government agencies are happy with my address, so why not O2? So I'm just sticking to pay as you go. After wasting hours of my time.
