  Went to Skegness store today (29th August 2017) and was served by Mason. I had already checked online thank The Lord because he nearly wasted my time cycling about 2 miles to collect a battery clamp, which he said was not in stock and needs to be ordered on line. He suggested trying a local garage, which he named and said they would be open today so I suspect maybe he is getting something out of that but no proof. After a lot of delay and discussion he said try the battery isle, to which I replied, "I'm not sure where that is" and so he finally took me to the area and low and behold battery clamps were sitting there in stock. He then told me the price was £4.99 but I knew it was £4.49 from the Internet, which was the price I was charged in the end. No apology was recieved from Mason so I just said thank you and left with my battery clamp and at the correct price and cycled back home.
