  Following yet another Windows 10 update, my desktop PC died on me and just would not reboot. As I am partially sighted, my computer is my life and I needed it sorted as quickly as possible. Along came Gavin who very quickly came out to my home. Not an immediate fix, he had to take the computer back to his workshop. Keeping me informed all the way, my computer was returned to me a day and a half later in much better form with all the glitches (and more) sorted out. Very quick, great work and a very nice chap to deal with. I have already recommended Gav to friends should they ever experience difficulties with their computers. I can highly recommend this company.
