  Went into carphone warehouse in Skegness with a faulty phone we had only had for 5 weeks. They were fantastic and so helpful I cannot fault them. It was a Sunday so nowhere was open for them to call for technical assistance or advice but nevertheless the guy acting as assistant manager at that time could not do enough and offered everything within his power to rectify the issues. He could not replace the phone as they had none in stock so he made sure notes where on the system to enable us to go back to the mansfield store where the phone had originally come from and sort out the problem. Unfortunately mansfield do not have the customer service skills that Skegness are obviously blessed with and it was not so easy!!! In short next time I am due an upgrade I will wait until I am in Skegness and do it there. Thanks to the staff at Skegness carphone warehouse you are fantastic and a credit to the company.
